Pet Policy

   

At Bellawood we know you love your pets- and we do too!

 

You’ll find pet stations located around the property for your convenience and Milk-Bones in our leasing office for those afternoon walk cravings.

 

We welcome your dogs and cats 25 lbs (at maturity) and under.  Because we understand that accidents sometimes

happen, we do require a non-refundable $300 pet fee and a $200 refundable deposit. We do not charge pet rent.

Please ask us about our restrictions on aggressive breeds.
